性质 白色粉末,相对密度为1.24g/cm3,溶于二硫化碳、苯、氯仿,不溶于水。贮存稳定。
用途天然胶、合成胶及乳胶用超促进剂。在干胶中的活性比zdc更大。含有本品的乳胶可以使用一周而不致有早期硫化现象,是噻唑类促进剂的良好活化剂。本品在混炼胶中有防老剂的作用,能改善硫化胶的耐老化性能,不变色、不污染、分散容易。在与食品接触的橡胶制品中的应用,请参照fda、bgvv有关章节中的规定。
贮存密封储存在阴凉、干燥、通风良好的地方。避免阳光直射。

applicationsa fast curing accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber and latex. it is more active than rubber accelerator zdc in dry rubber. the latex contained accelerator zdbc can’t be prevulcanized in a week. it is an excellent activator of thiazole kinds accelerator. it can be used as antioxidant in the mixing rubber and can improve the anti-aging properties. non color degradation, non-staining and easy dispersion in rubber process. zdbc is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under fda 21 cfr175.105, 178.2010, 175.300, 177.1210, 177.2600 and under bgvv xxi, categories 1-4
and"sonderkategorie".
